Shuttle Pick Up & Drop Off Locations
Drop-off at Tuscany Heights Elementary School
From US-281, turn west onto Summerglen Way. Follow Summerglen Way as it veers right towards the entrance to the Summerglen neighborhood. There is a walkers’ entrance located on the west side of Summerglen Way.
Parking at Tuscany Heights Elementary School
The school's front parking lot will be open until 7:30 am (or until it is full) and will then be closed until 10:00 am for the races/road closures. If you are parking in the lot between 7:00 - 7:30 am, please enter from US-
281 & Summerglen Way (not from Mountain Lodge Street). If you park in the school parking lot, you will not be allowed to move your vehicle from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
- Traveling north on US-281, NEISD Transportation is located 0.2 miles north of Marshall Road (0.9 miles north of Stone Oak Parkway).
- Traveling south on US-281, pass Summerglen Way and proceed to the left lane turnaround just past Marshall Road. NEISD Transportation is located 0.5 miles north of the turnaround and 0.2 miles north of Marshall Road.

From the South on US-281:
Tuscany Heights Elementary is located off of US-281 & Summerglen Way (5 miles north of the intersection of US-281 & 1604). Traveling north on US-281, you will pass Stone Oak Parkway and then, Marshall Road. The Park & Shuttle will be located on the east side of the road at 24000 US-281. To continue to the school, proceed north on US-281 and turn left at the stoplight on Summerglen Way. Summerglen Way becomes Wilderness Oak. The school is located on the right.
From the North on US-281:
Tuscany Heights Elementary is located off of US-281 and Summerglen Way (1 mile south of the intersection of US-281 & Bulverde Road). Once you pass Lookout Canyon Road, proceed approximately 1 mile to the stoplight at Summerglen Way. Turn right on Summerglen Way, which becomes Wilderness Oak. The school is located on the right.

Temporary Road Closures 7:00 am – 10:00 a.m. (NEISD / SAPD Police will be stationed at all intersections to assist in the event of an emergency. The Bexar Bulverde Volunteer Fire Department and Acadian Ambulance will also be on site.)
Roads to be Temporarily Closed for 5K:
Wilderness Oak Street: from Summerglen Way to Midnight Peak (entrance to Altamira) and Player Oaks (Summerglen back gate)
Mountain Lodge Street: from Wilderness Oak to before Lucca Mist/Middle Forks Roads (5K turnaround is before this intersection)
Midnight Peak Street: entrance to Altamira neighborhood; access will be provided by SAPD Police on site
Summerglen Way Street: eastbound right hand turn lane only (eastbound left turn lane still open to US-281), at intersection of Summerglen Way and Wilderness Oak (for 5K turnaround)
